I was just starting out in entrepreneurship and putting a lot of pressure on the business and myself. I gained a clear understanding of what not to give up on, so that the business could thrive alongside my own well-being.

I clearly understood how to find balance so I could handle all the roles a woman plays (job, entrepreneur, mother, wife, friend, etc.).

It brought a sense of calm to the fog of those early days. I understood why I shouldn't give up if the results didn't appear right away.
